Industry reports that hiring new employees is getting more difficult. Turnover is on the rise. You already have a lot of things to do, and now it is harder to find employees. You know it is important to make the right choice; you don’t want to go through all of this in 4 months. You ask other staff to get involved in the hiring process and they say the same thing: “I’m too busy to do that too!”
